   We offer shipping within India only. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you during the ordering process. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving payment, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. First Dot is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit.

5. Returns and Refunds
   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
